OPI Here Today...Aragon Tomorrow Suede

Another suede. I adore OPI suedes. They're just gorgeous!

OPI Here Today...Aragon Tomorrow is from the Suede collection released in the fall of 2010. Could you just die? Seriously. Gorgeous. It's just like the other suedes, wear time is wonderful and application is fast and easy. It dries fast too. When I wear this people are always amazed and ask me what kind of polish is it and all kinds of comments. People love this polish. Maybe some day OPI will make more. Wouldn't that be great?!?!

Revlon Copper Penny

Some days I love metallic finish and some days I don't. Today is a day I am loving it.

Revlon Copper Penny is core if memory serves me right. It's anything but ordinary though! I've had this a good while and just never wore it. Till now. It's a copper foil that does not disappoint! Oh my heck I was not prepared to enjoy this as much as I do. Application was great and wear time is great. Really happy I finally decided to wear this lovely.

OPI My Big Break

This polish is so similar to the polish I wore nearly my entire senior year. I can't remember the brand or the name of the color, but when I put this on the first time I was all ERMAGHERD!!!

OPI My Big Break is from the 2007 Holiday in Hollywood collection. When I saw swatches of this I knew I had to have it if for no other reason than the memory of my high school love affair with that polish I cannot remember the name of. It's purpley pink rose like color with silver shimmery and a slightly duochrome finish. Application was wonderful and the wear time is amazing. I wore this for days and days all caught up in the nostalgia. *sigh* Man, I loved that polish. And this is really just as pretty and holds the memories of my senior year. Winning!

Orly Nite Owl

Orly is a brand I've used for years. I don't think it really gets the attention it deserves for the most part. It's consistently a great formula and wearing polish, and lately they've really stepped it up and have been releasing very current, tending styles and shades in the last few years. I recommend Orly polish if you've never tried it.

Orly Nite Owl is from the 2011 Birds of a Feather collection. This shade was a lemming for me for a good while before I finally decided to go ahead and buy it. My hesitation was due to the fact that Every nude I've ever tried was a fail. My skin tone just doesn't seem to work well with nudes. I decided to get Nite Owl anyway. Of course by this time it was months after the release and no where to be found. Once again, eBay to the rescue. I am so glad I did. Finally a nude that doesn't make my skintone look terrible! And the silvery shimmer is so pretty! Really, I just love this polish.

Etude House Strawberry

I found this brand online. I believe it's Korean. I couldn't find it online anywhere easier than just buying from eBay. I bought two shades strictly for the novelty of this adorable bottle. I mean how cute is this? And look how it arrived with the branded bow. A-dor-a-ble!

The shades I saw offered were nothing different from anything in my collection, and I probably have a very close shade if not an exact dupe. No worry though, I just wanted them on a shelf in my "Princess Room" where I keep all my nail polish, do crafts, sew and generally hang out during the day. It's absolutely a girly room and dedicated to my crafty-fun time. I'm very fortunate.

The first shade is strawberry...

Etude House Strawberry is a dusty pink creme. As I said I'm sure I have something very similar at the very least and likely a dupe. The application was fine in spite of holding an ice cream cone shaped brush, haha. Wear time was also very nice. Really a nice polish formula. I'd buy this brand again any time.

Revlon Carbonite

Revlon Carbonite is supposed to be a dupe for Chanel Graphite. It may or may not be. I don't have Chanel Graphite or for that matter, any Chanel polish so I can't compare. It is, however very pretty.

Revlon Carbonite was released in the fall of 2011 in the Grit & Grandeur collection. It was an instant hit and was pretty hard to find for some people. I ended up buying mine on eBay for a really good price. Less than my Walgreen's sells it. Love that :)
It's a dark silvery grey metallic with silver and what look like gold and maybe some dark grey sparkles. It's a stunner! I think it will be a winter polish for me for now on though. Last time I wore it with a black outfit and that looked great. Not so great with my summer clothes though. So winter it is!

OPI Big Hair...Big Nails

What a great name for polish. Since I love big hair and I love big (long?) nails it's just perfect. I have one more sorbet from the Texas collection then I'll have them all. I am going to do a post with all the sorbet polish once I get the last one done in the next few weeks.

OPI Big Hair...Big Nails a reddish orange and was released in the spring 2011 Texas collection It had 6 of what OPI called sorbet finish. It's basically a jelly. I love me some jelly polish! I have quite a few shades in jelly finish. I don't have a black though, and I'd really love to find one. So far, no luck. I'll keep looking though.
For the accent nail I added a silver glittery nail sticker. It's a cute addition. I have a metric ton of nail stickers and really don't use them often enough. Hopefully I'll remember to use them more in the future.

Zoya Burke

I wore this a few days when I remembered I hadn't taken pictures. So there's some tip wear...

Zoya Burke from the fall 2010 WIcked And Wonderful collection. It's a really nice brownish red creme. There isn't a lot to say about it. It's pretty. It's brownish red. It wears and applies great. :) Love Zoya!

OPI Ink Suede

OPI's Suede collection is in my top 5 favorite collections of all time. I know there are new nail polish lovers who are lemming this collection out there and my recommendation is get them at all costs! You want these, they are gorgeous.

OPI Ink Suede was released in the fall of 2009 Suede Collection. While I am not a huge matte lover I love the "suede" mattes from OPI, Zoya and Man Glaze due to their shimmer. It is so dang pretty! The indigo blue with the silver shimmer is just TDF! Love this polish. I don't normally wear blue well with my skin tone but OPI Ink Suede is an exception. Even if it didn't look good I'd have to just wear it anyway. I think it looks denim. And this southern girl loves denim. I'm planning to get the entire collection blogged in the next two weeks or so then do a post with the entire collection. I think I'll do this with all my top favorite collections.

Essence Ultimate Pink

I have a bunch of Essence polish. I get these Color & Go cuties at Ulta. They're a small size bottle for cheap. The polish, however, is not cheap as far as color, application and wear go. They are awesome sauce!

Essence Ultimate Pink is a bright pink creme. It's kind of what I'd call a berry pink. Which, of course. is my ultimate favorite polish shade to wear. Application is flawless and wear is surprisingly long for an inexpensive polish. Essence is a German brand and they have a lot of cool polish that I see online. I'd love love love to have their Twins set of Carrie and Mr. Big. I've never seen anywhere I can get it tho, so sadly it's never joined my collection. Essence has a new(ish) bottle now they changed to last year. I like the new bottle a lot, but, I have all these other shades in the old bottle and I hate having different bottle shapes for the same brand. Really it just grates my OCD nerves looking at my polish in my Alex with different shapes. So, I haven't bought any yet. Maybe one day I will.

Butter London Trout Pout

Trout Pout was on my wish list for far too long. I finally bought it then let it sit in my Alex for forever before finally using it!

Butter London Trout Pout was released in their 2012 Spring/Summer collection. Isn't it lovely. It's a salmon pink with the perfect formula and smooth as silk application. It wears amazingly as well. It's really gorgeous in person.

Wet N Wild The Gold & The Beautiful

Wet N Wild released a LE Craze collection called Pixel Perfect back in the summer of 2010. I bought the whole set. For some reason. It's probably part of my OCD and needing a complete collection. It's silly really :D I am trying really hard to only purchase the shades from each collection that I actually don't have a dupe of nowadays. Unless the collection has some meaning to me. Then I'll probably buy the whole thing...

Wet N Wild The Gold & The Beautiful is a gold metallic. It's pretty straight forward gold metallic. It's opaque in two coats and it wears really well. It's pretty cool looking and doesn't have the frosty look you sometimes get with metallics like this. Which makes me happy.

Ninja Polish Pacific Coral

I've become quite a fan of Ninja Polish. Their polish is really high quality, love their bottles and brush,  they have international polish, indie polish as well as their own brand, and their customer service is top notch.

Ninja Polish Pacific Coral is amazeballs!! It's a pinky-orange coral with the most amazing gold shimmer. When you see this outside in person you are just in awe. It's that stunning. The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. It's just so sparkly! It's part of their Enigma Collection and as far as I know it was just released. Application was perfect. Wear time is also perfect. Gorgeous!

Pure Ice Iced Merlot

I wanted to love this a lot more than I do. Sadly, I think it's going to end up in the blog sale box.

Pure Ice Iced Merlot is a dark reddish purpley jelly with a lot of shimmer. It's a lot darker than I expected. From the swatches I saw online before I bought it, I thought it was going to be more raspberry like. Reddish pink maybe. But this is what it looks like from my bottle. I wonder if I got a bad batch? I don't like it much and consequently I has a sad :(

Spa Ritual Hidden Reef

Hidden Reef is the only Spa Ritual I own. I don't go to Sephora a lot and so I've only looked at the brand a few times casually. If Hidden Reef is any indication though, I need more :)

Spa Ritual Hidden Reef is from the spring 2012 Water Collection. Hidden Reef is a rose pink with golden shimmer. The shimmer is subtle but really pretty. I have had this a long time and haven't worn it because I thought that it might be a border line "mature" shade. I think it's not; and really looked good with my skin tone.  I'm glad I finally decided to try it out. It's a keeper!

OPI DS Signature

OPI Designer Series...

OPI DS Signature is a berry reddish pink holographic with so much holo effect it's amazing. Application was perfect and in the past when I've worn this wear time was not bad for a holographic. I can usually get 2 days. Which is ok with me. I decided to wear it for the weekend because we're going deep sea fishing Sunday, and what better polish to wear on a day out in the sun than holographic! I can't wait. I love fishing on a big ole boat on the ocean.

Jade Pink Pop

Jade Pink Pop is from their new Cremoso collection. This is pink!

Jade Pink Pop is a bright Barbie pink creme with a jelly-like finish. A crelly as I've seen these type called. Oh boy is this a gorgeous pink. I die every time I look at my nails. Which means I've spent the entire time wearing it dead :D Application was fine, but it took 3 coats to get it even. The wear has been great so far. No complaints with any Jade I have, actually. It's good polish. I got this from Llarowe and they're only $5. I may or may not have bought the entire collection...

Zoya Moxie

There's something so appealing to me after wearing textures or glitters, of putting on a nice shiny, smooth creme.

Zoya Moxie is from the spring 2009 Twist collection. This color is amazing! Berry purple and man it works so well with my skin tone. Love when I find a match like this. Zoya application and formula never cease to amaze me. I can't think of a single Zoya I own that isn't perfect. Zoya is in my top three favorite nail polish companies.

OPI Solitaire

Another texture polish. I can't get enough of them. Love this trend so much!

OPI Solitaire is another from the Bond Girls Liquid Sand collection just released. It's silvery white and beautiful. The formula and application were perfect just like PG. I can't say anything but good about this collection. It's stunning shiny matte. I hope this trend lasts a good long time, cause I'm not getting tired of it any time soon.

OPI Pussy Galore

Let's keep it classy :)

OPI Pussy Galore from the Bond Girls Liquid Sand collection just released. I can't begin to explain how much I love this polish. It's everything girly in one polish. It's light, dainy, delicate, cute, sparkly...I could go on and on. It's just so lady like and girly. When I showed it to DH his exact words were: "That is pretty much the best polish ever created. You can stop buying any more polish and just wear that forever." He really likes it! :) So do I.
It applied just perfect and wore like iron. I took it off after 5 days and it never chipped. I will be wearing this again very soon I am positive! Dry time wasn't super slow but it definitely needs time to set. I gave it an hour and it was fine.

Milani Tainted In Red

Texture!! I am really loving the texture trend. I just want to buy all the collections!

Milani did a stellar job with their texture collection. I only bought three of them, the ones I didn't get wouldn't have gone with my skin tone. This red though, gorgeous. It's textured and cherry red and just divine. The dry time was pretty quick. About 30 minutes for 2 coats. It wears really well also. Winner winner chicken dinner ;)

Jade Musa do Verao

Jade is a Brazilian  company. They have some really interesting polish collections. I have two of them. The Cremoso, which I got from Llarowe, and the Holographic I got in a huge swap I did last year with a really sweet Brazilian girl named Natalia. I really enjoy them.

Jade Musa do Verao is a coral pink crelly. I really love a crelly. Creme opacity with jelly finish is winning in my book. This applied like a dream and wears for days until I decided to remove it. No chips after 4 days.

China Glaze Strawberry Fields

China Glaze Strawberry Fields.

China Glaze Strawberry Fields is from the 2009 Summer Days Collection. It's a medium pink and full of golden shimmer. I have worn this one so many times. I just never get tired of it. It's great for a pedicure too.
